Cancellation Policy

All reservations are made under a non-refundable policy and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Once payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, early departures or reduction of stay.

Any request to change dates will be subject to availability, possible rate differences, and approval by Lagoona Curated Vacation Homes; acceptance is not guaranteed.

If the booked accommodation cannot be provided for a reason attributable to Lagoona Curated Vacation Homes, an equivalent alternative will be offered or a refund of the amounts paid will be provided, without prejudice to the rights of the guest under applicable law.
