Yaxché 601 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with a sofa bed in the living area. Its layout provides privacy in the bedrooms and functional shared spaces for relaxing, preparing meals, and spending time together.
The property features an equipped kitchen, dining area, and inviting open-plan living space surrounded by the tropical setting of Aldea Mayab.

Guests may enjoy the shared amenities currently available at Aldea Mayab, as well as access to the Bacalar Lagoon, subject to operating hours, community rules, and applicable conditions.
The padel courts and gym are planned for a future stage of the development and are not yet available.

During your stay, you may also request additional experiences and services, including lagoon tours, transportation, pre-arrival grocery shopping, a private chef, and massages. These services are available at an additional cost, are subject to availability, and must be requested in advance.
