To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Aldea Mayab and protect its natural surroundings: • All guests and visitors must be registered in advance. • Parties, events and loud gatherings are not permitted. • Speakers, amplified music and excessive noise are not permitted in common areas. • Please respect quiet hours and avoid disturbing other guests or residents. • Glass containers and objects are not permitted in the pool, clubhouse, dock, lagoon or other common areas. • Only biodegradable sunscreen may be used before entering the lagoon or swimming pools. • Children must remain under adult supervision. • Please respect the condominium regulations, common areas, property and staff instructions. • Access to amenities is subject to operating hours, capacity, maintenance and weather conditions. • Any damage, loss or extraordinary cleaning caused during the stay may result in an additional charge. • Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking inside the apartments is prohibited.
