By booking accommodation through this website, the guest accepts the following terms and conditions: 1. Reservation and payment The total cost of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. A reservation is confirmed only after the payment has been approved and the guest has received the corresponding confirmation. The reservation is valid exclusively for the accommodation, dates, number of guests, rate and services stated in the confirmation. 2. Cancellation policy All reservations are non-refundable. Cancellations made by the guest, no-shows and early departures do not qualify for a full or partial refund. If Grupo Lagunas is unable to provide the reserved accommodation for a reason directly attributable to its operation, the guest will be offered equivalent alternative accommodation or a refund for the services that cannot be provided. 3. Arrival and departure Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. Early access and late check-out require prior authorization and are subject to availability. 4. Guests and access Only guests registered on the reservation may stay at the property and use its facilities. The responsible guest must provide complete and accurate information for registration and access control. 5. Stay rules Pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the apartments is prohibited. Parties, events, loud gatherings, speakers and amplified music are not permitted in common areas. All guests must comply with the Aldea Mayab regulations, respect the common areas and natural surroundings, and follow staff instructions. 6. Damage and extraordinary cleaning The responsible guest must cover the cost of any damage, loss, missing items or extraordinary cleaning caused during the stay by the guest, accompanying guests or visitors. 7. Amenities and additional services Access to amenities is subject to operating hours, capacity, maintenance, internal regulations and weather conditions. Tours, transportation, groceries, private chef service, massages and other additional services are booked separately, carry an additional cost and may be provided by third parties. Their specific conditions will be communicated before each service is confirmed. 8. Acceptance By completing payment and confirming the reservation, the guest acknowledges having read and accepted these terms, the house rules and the privacy policy. These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Mexican law without limiting any consumer rights.
